- Must be a registered South African business (CIPC registered)
- At least 51% black ownership
- Annual turnover between R0 - R50 million
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- B-BBEE affidavit or certificate
- For Supplier Development: Must have or be eligible for NTCSA vendor number
